Customer Service InformationContact InfoIf you have any questions regarding any of our merchandise or policies, please feel free to contact colleen@punkrockdogg.com. Shipping InfoWe do our best to ship all orders as quickly as possible. Orders of in-stock merchandise ship within 2 business days and our average delivery time is 5 - 7 days depending on the shipping destination. Our packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. The Picture Dog Tags are ordered directly from the artist, who creates and personalizes each tag by hand, according to customers’ specifications. Therefore, these tags require approximately 10 -14 days for delivery. Occasionally, due to high demand, we may run out of a particular size shirt in a particular design and/or color. We ask for your patience as our shirts are locally produced and will ship to you as soon as they are completed. Returns Policy** Please consult our Sizing Charts before you place your order!! All returns must be made within 14 days of purchase. We want to make sure that our customers are fully satisfied with their Punk Rock Dogg items, so please read our return policies carefully. ApparelIf, after measuring your dog, the size shirt you order doesn’t fit, you may exchange it for the correct size. Measure your dog carefully, as we allow 1 free exchange per item. After that, each additional exchange will incur a $10 re-stocking fee. You may also return dog and/or people shirts for store credit. Dog TagsCustom-made dog tags cannot be returned unless due to a product defect. In which case, the artist will exchange for another tag. Toys, Collars, LeashesThese items may be returned for an exchange or store credit, unless due to a manufacturer defect. Please contact colleen@punkrockdogg.com if you believe the dog toy, collar, or leash you received is defective. If you would like to return/exchange any item, simply fill out our Return/Exchange Form and ship the item back via USPS Priority Mail.
